Welcome to Eagle Virtual Administration Services based in Campbelltown in the MacArthur District on the outskirts of Sydney and partnering with small businesses and entrepreneurs Australia wide!

 

My name is Jacqui, I am your virtual assistant and I am the founder of Eagle Virtual Administration Services. I have a wealth of administration experience in multiple administration roles, and I'm here to help small businesses and entrepreneurs with their administrative needs.

 

Prior to starting my business I spent time working in the corporate world in administration, sales and customer support roles; including office manager, executive assistant, team manager, data agency manager, and sales representative. I also worked as a Field Sales Manager and Team Trainer, so as you can see my background is quite diverse and I am used to working in fast-paced dynamic environments where I have to think on my feet and find solutions to unexpected and sometimes unusual problems. Hence my motto "everything is figureoutable." If I don't know how to do it, I will research it and figure it out and enjoy the process of doing so.

 

Having set up and built a couple of small businesses myself, I understand the challenges that small businesses and entrepreneurs face when running their business.  That's why my services are designed to provide support in the areas where you need it most, such as invoicing and expense management, email and calendar management, data entry, newsletters, brochures, presentations and sales reporting and getting you online. I also know a few cost effective tools that you can use to get you there.

Even though I may work remotely, you will feel like you have someone working right beside you, helping you run your business as I tailor my services to the unique needs of your business. I pride myself on providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and treating each clients business with the same degree of importance I attach to my own business.
